I spent four years at AppleCare as a Senior Advisor on Mac, iOS, and wireless networking, and fifteen years before that on the sales floor at Circuit City, Best Buy, AT&T, Apple, and Verizon. The common thread the whole time: helping non-technical people understand exactly what to do next.
Systems_STL is what that experience looks like as a small-business consultancy. Apple-first, but comfortable with Google Workspace, Android, Samsung, Windows, AI tools, and the messy real-world mix you already live in.

How I think about the work
- · Make Apple the center of gravity, but respect the tools you already have.
- · Start with the business, not the gadget.
- · Reduce tools before adding new ones.
- · Treat AI as a teammate, not a toy.
- · Leave you with a system you can actually run yourself.
What I don't do
- Generic IT support contracts.
- Helpdesk tickets for printers and passwords.
- Selling you software you don't need.
- Speaking in acronyms.
